Malta bucks the trend in
tourism from the UK
The feeble British pound is
increasingly making British tourists seek non-euro zone countries for their
holiday, but Malta is going against the trend, reporting a surge in arrivals
from the UK in May and an improvement in June as well, according to preliminary
figures.

This well appointed semi detached villa is situated in the sleepy area of Los Alamos on the beachfront at Torremolinos. This an ideal location for families as a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and that all important beach are just minutes walk from the villa! For those keen golfing enthusiasts the Parador golf club, hosting 27 holes is also just minutes away.
Situated approximately 10 minutes from Malaga airport, this villa offers everything you would wish for in your home away from home in the sun. Torremolinos is a very lively town on the Costa del Sol and is busy all year round, a stroll along the beachfront to sample some of the fabulous bars and restaurants is a must on those balmy summer evenings!
The villa has its own private garage, with plenty of room for two cars if necessary. If you are entering through the garage the first room of the house you encounter is the games room! In here you will find a table tennis table and pool table with television and satellite TV. Perfect for the younger ones to spend some time out of the sun without getting bored!
Heading upstairs to the first level of the property you have an airy and bright lounge and dining area. The lounge has a lovely suede seven seater corner unit, perfect for relaxing in front of the widescreen TV, either watching a DVD or satellite TV. The lounge opens out onto a terrace overlooking the pool, with seating area for those who wish to enjoy a drink or a meal on the terrace of an evening. The dining table comfortably seats 6, although 8 people could also easily sit here to eat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all utensils you could possibly require. The adjoining utility room also houses the washing machine.
This floor also contains a single bedroom and there is also a cloakroom on this floor.
The villa has its own private swimming pool, a must when the sun is just too hot and the walk to the beach just sems to far away!
The second floor of the villa is where the remaining bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom consists of two twin beds that can be used as a double with plenty of wardrobe space and its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has its own private terrace, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning before the day starts.
There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor, both well appointed with plenty of storage space. There is an additional family bathroom to be found here as well.
This villa really is ideally situated for those guests who don't wish to be tied to a car all holiday with all amenities extremely close by...go on spoil yourself!

We will debit your credit card a 30% non-refundable deposit when you book. If you cancel your rental agreement before the 8 weeks you will loose your 30% deposit. Unless either party has cancelled the booking, you will be sent an email 8 weeks before hand, with instructions to pay the remaining balance, then after this, if you change your mind all monies will be lost. If we have to cancel the booking then we will either
1) Find you alternative accommodation of equal or better standard, or if requested 2) Refund any monies in full.
A Security deposit of €250 is requested upfront before any keys will be issued (this is to allow for non-return of keys, to change the locks etc) and will be returned to you, providing the keys are returned and the property has been left as you found it, within 28 days of returning from your holiday (allowing for fluctuation in the exchange rate you may get more or less than the original 250 euros).
Check-in is after 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00
