Sunny Haven, Apartment in Benalmadena

Sunny Haven is a beautiful two bedroom apartment set in a secure gated complex, amidst beautiful grounds, within phase 1 of a large project that is situated just below Benalmadena Pueblo. There are plenty of excellent bars, restaurants and shops close by in Benalmadena Pueblo and the beaches of Benalmadena Costa are just ten minutes away in the car.

The award winning Benalmadena Marina, where there are numerous bars and quality restaurants, is just a 10 minute drive. The complex is conveniently situated for the coasts motorway, the A7, which serves the whole of the Costa del Sol. Malaga airport is just 15 minutes away and Marbella and Puerto Banus with their renowned beaches, shops, nightlife and of course marina are just 25-30 minutes drive.

The resort is still relatively young, although phase 1 is totally separate from any development work being undertaken, and the resort, when complete will house its own spa and gymnasium complex, with an 18 hole golf course snaking its way through the development. There is a municipal 9 hole pitch and putt golf course just two minutes drive away, and in addition to the course there is a driving range and lawn green bowling club. The clubhouse itself, hosts a fabulous restaurant with stunning views over the coast and surrounding mountains.

The apartment looks out over one of the two clear blue pools which are for the use of the community. Inside Sunny Haven, you will find a spacious, well designed, luxuriously furnished living space. The lounge opens onto a terrace where you can spend the evening sipping your favourite tipple whilst enjoying the balmy evenings. There is a two seater and a three seater suede sofa where you can relax and watch satellite TV or a DVD, or listen to some sounds on the CD player (bring your own favorites). If you find that you are feeling hot after your day by the pool, flick on the air conditioning and you will soon cool down! The dining table comfortably seats four people should you decide to dine in of an evening. The master bedroom houses a double bed, and has plenty of wardrobe and storage space and also enjoys use of an en suite bathroom, with bath/shower, bidet, WC and vanity basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is also a second house bathroom for guests to enjoy.
