Casa Marissa is a wonderful rustic villa oozing with both charm and character.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms one of which is en suite and a separate cloakroom toilet. Off the master bedroom is an adjoining Office with an attractive wood beamed ceiling and two ADSL wireless broadband connection with WIFI. There are doors leading to two roof terraces for private sunbathing.
The large lounge equipped with a ceiling fan, open fireplace, air conditioning, full satellite TV, Video, DVD, CD player, telephone and fax lines, numerous books, games and CDs. There is also a magnificent Bechstein grand piano (in tune). Large double opening doors lead to the terraces and charming eating areas. From here there is a separate Dining room that is very bright and has full opening doors out to the garden and swimming pool area. There is also TV, DVD and a Hi-Fi in this room.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooker and microwave making it the perfect kitchen for any holiday.

The owners have many beautiful and treasured items on display adding to its individuality. There is an alarm system connected to a security service, and also a safe. There is also an Astra satellite system with almost 300 channels in German, French, Italian, Arabic, Dutch etc, and also all Spanish terrestrial channels. Twice weekly maid service is included in the price. English speaking baby-sitting, cook & extra cleaning can be arranged on request

The well established gardens provide shade under mature trees and feature tropical plants include eye-catching colorful bougainvillea. The Heated Pool has a Roman end with steps leading into the water. The surrounding area has outdoor furniture, statues and ornamental fountains. The whole villa has been furnished, decorated and designed by the owners as a comfortable home rather than purely a rental property.
