Malta bucks the trend in tourism from the UK

Description
The view across Maspalomas to the world famous dunes is a good enough reason by its self to buy this one bed roomed air conditioned apartment in a popular complex in sunny Sonnenland. The 2 lifts adjacent to the manned reception area take you to the 3rd floor. The solid wood front door opens into a long hall (4.5m2) which gives access to: Bedroom (8.6m2): has a large fitted wardrobe with cupboards above in natural varnished wood. The room has 2 single beds, small wall mounted shelf and drawer and separate single drawer bedside cabinet. The green metal sliding windows look to the front and are fitted externally with decorative wrought iron security bars. Throughout the apartment the floors are tiled in green, the walls are pale peach and the ceilings are white. Bathroom (3.7m2): fully tiled in white with a striped border and dado. The green suite comprises 3/4 size bath with shower above, wc and pedestal basin with shelf and mirror above with 3 spot lights. There are 2 small wall mounted cupboards a small washing machine. The end of the hall opens out into the living room / Kitchen (17.3m2). The kitchen is set in an alcove and comprises stainless steel work top with integral 2 ring electric hob and sink with white tiled splash back. There are 2 double wall mount cupboards (white with green handles) and a double cupboard and drawer under the worktop next to a small fridge with ice box. The kitchen is hidden from view by 2 gold framed sliding mirrored doors. When opened to reveal the kitchen they hide a tall white and mirrored revolving storage unit in the living room. Also in the living room are 3 tall glass display units, blue sofa, black leather reclining swivel chair, wooden desk with glass top (on castors), wooden dining table and 3 chairs with blue cushions. The TV sits on a 4 drawer chest. There is also a black TV stand and a wall mounted TV bracket. The room is air conditioned and lighting is provided by a track with 4 spot lights and a cluster of halogen spots. The far wall is a large patio door which opens onto the covered balcony (6.5m2). The patio doors can be covered by pale yellow curtains and a heat reflecting curtain. From the balcony you can look down on the communal pool and sun terrace or across to Maspalomas and the sand dunes. The balcony has the usual white oval table and 2 chairs and retractable clothes dryer. For those few days when the weather isnt perfect the balcony has vertical awnings to the front and side. This is an excellent opportunity to buy an apartment with fabulous views in a popular complex, far enough from the bustle of Playa del Ingles to be nice and quiet, but still with in easy reach of the night life, making it ideal as a holiday home or as a rental investment.
