Malta bucks the trend in
tourism from the UK
The feeble British pound is
increasingly making British tourists seek non-euro zone countries for their
holiday, but Malta is going against the trend, reporting a surge in arrivals
from the UK in May and an improvement in June as well, according to preliminary
figures.

This bar conveys a comfortable atmosphere from the scond you walk in through door. As you walk in, your eye is drawn to the uncluttered bar which is well laid out and easy to operate with everything to hand, including the sound system.
Seating is laid to good quality wooden tables and chairs at the front of the premises then, as it narrows down along the bar, there are bar stools for those who like to be perched at the bar and further stools along the opposite wall complemented by thick wooden beam shelves that clients can place their drinks on.
At the rear of the bar is a compact but workable kitchen with a small serving hatch through to the bar. This is equipped with gas hobs, microwave and fryer to enable a reasonable menu to be served.
At the very rear of the premises are the male and female toilets. These are not equipped for disabled but it would only require a small project to widen one of the doorways and fit the additional equipment. Adjacent to the toilets is a storage room of sufficent size for bottle crates and containing a fridge freezer.
The front of the premises is fully secured by metal shutters across modern white aluminium doors and windows.
A nice little starter bar at a comfortable price just right for trying your hand at bar life in a busy spanish town.
