• Day 3 -- Champagne Breakfast

• We depart from the hotel at 9:30 am for the Mediterranean cookery class and lunch in Estepona,
  West of Marbella. Rashida has a lifetime of cook experience and entertaining in her home and her classes teach local Andalucian cuisine as well as dishes from the cultures of Arabo-Andaluz that greatly influences the south of Spain. Rashida’s beachside villa is the ideal setting to learn and create delicious dishes in her 'open air kitchen' overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. A visit to the local fish market is included before the cooking class starts.

  born out of a desire to bring the awesome, World Famous Flamenco show from Madrid's Cafe de Chinitas down to Marbella in Costa del Sol, Andalucia, where Flamenco originated. World renowned dancer Juan Andres Maya is the cornerstone around which the superb Rincon de Chinitas event is choreographed, and restaurant guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience too with wonderful, well-presented dishes.
